Buyer Persona

Definition

A fictional profile representing your ideal customer, based on research. Helps you understand who you're marketing to and what they care about.

What is a Buyer Persona?

A buyer persona is a semi-fictional representation of your ideal customer based on research and data. It's a detailed profile that helps you understand who you're trying to reach, what they care about, and how they make decisions.

Instead of marketing to "small businesses," you market to "Sarah, the overwhelmed cafe owner."
